ReviveMark ("we," "us," or "our") is a trademark revival service that assists trademark owners in filing Petitions to Revive and reapplications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Our website is revivemark.com.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, business name, email address, phone number, and mailing address when you purchase our services or contact us. We also collect information about the trademark you wish to revive (mark name, serial number, USPTO records). We automatically collect standard web analytics data (pages visited, browser type, IP address) through our hosting provider.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Prepare and file USPTO documents on your behalf
- Communicate with you about your case status
- Process payments through our payment processor (Stripe)
- Send service-related SMS messages if you provide a phone number (reply STOP to opt out)
- Improve our website and services
4. SMS Messaging
If you provide a phone number, you may receive SMS messages from ReviveMark regarding your trademark case or revival opportunities. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. We do not sell your phone number to third parties.
5. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as necessary to deliver our services: with the USPTO (for filings), with Stripe (for payment processing), and with our hosting and communication providers. All third-party providers are contractually required to protect your data.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to complete your trademark matter and comply with applicable law. USPTO filing records are kept for a minimum of seven years.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at alex@revivemark.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure storage. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
