ReviveMark provides trademark revival document preparation and USPTO filing services. Our flat-fee service includes preparation of a Petition to Revive (for marks abandoned less than 6 months) or a fresh trademark application (for marks abandoned 6 months or more), plus all associated USPTO government fees. ReviveMark is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. For complex legal matters, consult a licensed trademark attorney.

The service fee is $797, payable in full at the time of order. This flat fee covers all USPTO filing fees included in a standard Petition to Revive or new application for one international class of goods or services. Additional classes, if applicable, may incur additional USPTO fees which will be disclosed before filing.

• Full refund — if we determine your mark is ineligible for revival or reapplication before any filing is made.
• Full refund — if you cancel within 24 hours of purchase and no filing has been initiated.
• No refund — once USPTO filing fees have been submitted. Government fees are non-refundable by the USPTO.
• No refund — if the USPTO denies a petition due to information you provided being inaccurate or incomplete.

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your trademark and your identity. You authorize ReviveMark to prepare and submit USPTO documents on your behalf. You must respond promptly to any requests for additional information needed to complete your filing.

ReviveMark will initiate your filing within 5 business days of receiving complete information. USPTO processing times are outside our control and typically range from 3 to 12 months. We will keep you informed of status updates as they occur.

By providing a phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from ReviveMark related to your trademark matter and revival opportunities. Program name: ReviveMark. Message frequency: varies. ReviveMark's liability is limited to the amount you paid for services. We are not liable for USPTO decisions, trademark conflicts, third-party filings, or outcomes beyond our control. We make no guarantee that a revival petition or application will be approved.

ReviveMark retains all rights to its website content, branding, and service processes. Your trademark and related marks remain your property.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
